01. Virgin Oil Drying

Removing moisture content to prevent soap formation during reaction.

02. Transesterification

The core chemical reaction converting oils into fatty acid methyl esters (Biodiesel).

We employ a proprietary continuous reactor design ensuring 98%+ conversion efficiency. Optimized residence time and mixing intensity allow for lower catalyst usage while maintaining high yield.

03. Biodiesel Washing

Removing residual catalyst, soap, and methanol impurities.

Our advanced counter-current washing columns remove trace impurities with minimal water usage. This system ensures rigorous ASTM D6751 compliance for soap and catalyst residue limits.

04. Biodiesel Drying
