The core stage. Liquid is sprayed through precision nozzles while ascending chilled air instantly congeals the droplets into solid beads.

Primary Product Collection & Classification

Solidified beads fall to the tower base and pass through a vibro-sifter screen, separating the product into three distinct size fractions.

Dust Recovery

Exhaust air carrying ultra-fine particles passes through dual cyclone separators, ensuring zero emissions and capturing fines.

Complete Recycling System

Oversized beads and recovered dust are sent to a remelt tank, continuously recycled back into the feed system for 100% material recovery.
